WEP has agreements with a wide range of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Speciality Material companies to develop specific polymers to meet its partners’ product needs.  We offer a stepwise approach to the design and manufacture of optimal polymers for a specific requirement at the desired scale:

• Optimal polymer design and small scale synthesis for initial feasibility or evaluation studies.

• Scale-up of batches and development of critical process parameters. Polymer batches of up to 10 kg can be manufactured in WEP’s own laboratories in conjunction with all the necessary process development. 

• Manufacture of batches beyond 10 kg can be carried out through WEP’s partner Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs).

• GMP manufacture can be carried out by WEP’s GMP CMO partner.
